Exodus
Tygra fled his dying home planet of Thundera with the other Thundercat Nobles aboard their ship, Tygra suggested that they awaken Lion-O, agreeing with Jaga that he must take the good with the bad and see the destruction of his home. Tygra was given new clothing and weapons by Jaga along with the others, using a bolo wip now in battle alongside his mind powers. When the Mutants boarded their ship, Tygra set off with Cheetara to fight them back.
Tygra sadly bid farewell to Jaga as the Thundercats entered their suspension capsules, and was later awakened by Lion-O, where he once again fought back the Mutants, telling Lion-O he had become a 'fine figure of a Thundercat'.
The Unholy Alliance
Tygra told the other Thundercats that although Lion-O had aged physically, he had missed out on the life experiences that dcome with growing up, and was not as ready as he thought he was. Tygra also found a site for the new Thundercats base, Tygra came up with the designs for the new base, which was to be called Cats Lair.
The Slaves of Castle Plundarr
Tygra fought with Monkian as the Thundercats tried to free the Brute Men from the Mutants, and eventually defeated him.
Trouble with Time
Tygra found a large ammount of Thundrillium in a cave. Investigating, Tygra was unaware that the mysterious cave actually sped up time, and he was aged almost until death. Weak and frail, the other Thundercats managed to keep him in a stable condition until being shown the mystical fountain of youth by their new allies, the warrior maidens, Just as Tygra was on the verge of death, the fountain restored his youth.
Garden of Delights
When a large worm began to cause Earth Quakes across Third Earth, Tygra tracked it down and pursued it down a hole in the ground, there he met Silky, a strange being who was really Mumm-Ra in disguise, After being given a piece of fruit by Silky, Tygra was put under a spell by Mumm-Ra, who commanded him to steal the sword of omens. Tygra was able to steal the sword and return it to Mumm-Ra, he was soon freed from Mumm-Ra's influence and quickly got back into battle, making the Mutants and Mumm-Ra pay for their trickery.
The Spaceship Beneath the Sands
Tygra was with Cheetara when they found themselves trapped by the Mutants, they were ablw to escape the underquipped Mutants quickly however.
All that Glitters
Tygra was once again put under a spell by Mumm-Ra, along with Lion-O, which caused them to begin fighting one another. Displaying his battle skills against the lord of the Thundercats, Tygra's wip shattered the sword of Omens. After the fight, he and Lion-O were soon brought to their senses.
Lion-O's Anointment Trials: Trial of Mind Power
When the time came for Lion-O's Annointment Trials, it was Tygras task to try him in powers of the mind. Tygra rarely used his mind powers, as they extremely taxing, he had actually been saving his mental strength in preparation for the trial. Tygra tried to trick Lion-O with several illusions during the trial, but Lion-O managed to overcome them all by focusing his mind. Tygra warned Lion-O that he would face his greatest fear by the end of the trial. Tygra also had to use his powers to trick the Mutants and keep them from interferring with the trial. Finally, Tygra created an amazing illusion of Thundera, the Thundercats dying home planet, this was Lion-O's greatest fear. Lion-O was able to overcome his fear, and fought Tygra in hand to hand combat, besting the exhausted Tygra. Tygra did not again use his mind powers, due to the huge strain which was put upon him.
Sixth Sense
Tygra assissted Pantrho in repairing the mysterious ship which was interfering with Cheetaras Sixth Sense.
The Wolfrat
When the Mutants newest creastion shrunk the Thundercats to a tiny size, Tygra was able to find an antidote to restore them to their regular size, just in time fo fight off the Mutant attack.
Out of Sight
When Willa, Naydas sister, was captured by the Mutants, Tygra tried to assisst her, he used his power of invisibility so that they could sneak into Castle Plundarr and rescue her. However, having two people using Tygras power of invisibility proved to be too much of a strain and he and Nayda were both trapped invisible. Fortunately, Lion-O was able to use the Sword of Omens to make them both visible once again, and they were able to rescue Willa.
Crystal Canyon
Journeying to the Crystal Canyon with Lion-O, Lynx-O and Snarf, Tygra battled the Lunataks Alluro and Chilla, during the battle, Lion-O and Lynx-O were seriously hurt and the Thunderstrike destroyed. After aquiring the mystical keystone, part of the treasure of Thundera, Tygra came to believe he was invincible, convinced the stone was making him more powerful. Using the keystone, he healed Lion-O and Lynx-O and restored the Thunderstike, but Tygra soon became addicted to the keystones power. Eventually Tygra realised he was not as powerful as he thought after being beaten in battle by Alluro, Lion-O was able to use the sword of omens to restore Tygra back to normal, after which be beat Alluro.
