One of the most essential pieces of equipment possessed by the Interplanetary Control Force's star officer, Evil Chaser First Class Mandora, the Electro-Charger is a highly manoeuvrable and versatile vehicle, capable of easily and effortlessly switching between planet-based missions and space travel. Vaguely reminiscent of a sophisticated 20th century motorbike, it is not known whether the Electro-Charger is a vehicle especially designed for or utilised by Mandora, or whether in fact they are standard vehicles for ICF officers - however, with Mandora's gifted piloting skill, it is a safe bet that no one else could better utilise the Electro-Charger's versatile features and speed-enhancing design better than she, creating a true unity between vehicle and pilot that further enhances Mandora's reputation as the most feared Evil Chaser in the galaxy!
