What if Thundercats had a comic in the 90s?

    Yes they had comics in the 80s but what if they continued in the 90s under DC and was done as an "eXtreme" comic with artwork by Rob Liefled to make them eXtremeee for the 90s?

    The original cartoon may've ended in 1989, but I believe, since Warner Bros. purchased it at the time, they would've given the license to DC to continue the ThunderCats' adventures.

    I think it would have been awesome to get an "extreme" comic version of the ThunderCats in the 90s. I always wished that Alex Ross had done a ThunderCats comic in his amazing painted style. But at least he did do a variant cover. :)

    It would have been good. The 90's comics made Aquaman cool.
