Jordan Hembrough’s Toy Hunters series debuts 15th January on Travel!

Jordan Hemborough, President of Hollywood Heroes and a very good friend of ours can be seen in his brand new series, Toy Hunters, on the Travel channel on the 15th January.  Be sure to check your local listings for the time. I’ve just seen a preview of the episode and I have to say it isn’t one to miss! Especially if your interested in prototype toys! From what I’ve seen, we get to see how the Mad Bubbler made it all the way to New York Comic Con last year. So if your a ThunderCats toy fan or even a vintage toy fan in general, you are guaranteed to enjoy this show!

Here’s the full details:

Follow Toy and Collectibles dealer Jordan Hembrough and his team as they travel the country searching out the rarest and most sought after toys and pop culture collectibles! Join Jordan as he meets incredible people and learns about the history of some of the most popular toy lines in the past 30 years. He’s out to uncover the Holy Grails of the collecting community… and time is running out!

Travel with Hembrough and his Hollywood Heroes as they journey to New York Comic Con, gathering rare and never before seen toys along the way. Comic Con is the “Super Bowl” of toy wheeling and dealing, gathering thousands of people each year. It’s the event where the biggest comic and toy collectors turn out to spend BIG money on the rarest of toys!

Can Jordan “seal the deal” and turn his new found treasures into Toy Gold?! Tune in January 15th on the Travel channel and find out!
Check your local listings for times.

These may be toys… but this aint child’s play!

Jason Devall and Jordan Hemborough appear on Good Morning America!

Our good friends Jason Devall (from Toyworldorder, our resident ThunderCats toy reviewer) and Jordan Hemborough (of Hollywood Heroes, who is bringing the very rare ThunderCats Ljn prototypes to the collectibles market) appeared on Good Morning America, in a segment called Show Me The Money: Selling Childhood Toys. The report talks about the value of 1980’s toys in the collectors marketplace and why girls 80’s toys are not as hot as their male counterparts.
