We are a little late posting this up this month, but the 3rd issue of the ThunderCats magazine/comic is out now at all good newsagents. What about ordering here in the States with U.S. currency?
I'd suggest posting on the Marketplace forum, as I'd be happy to pick them up for USA based fans. Unfortunately it's unlikely I'll be able to get any back issues further back than issue 6.
