Description:
Opening sequence cel of Tygra, these kinds of cels are great to own, and were painted by different artists to the ones who did the regular episodes. The original background that it came attached to does not appear to be matching. The cel has a bit of a story behind it, and was a gift from the people who worked for Pacific Animation Corp. in Japan to a visitor to their animation company. The cel was taken to America, and was sold on ebay at a later date.
