On the Luna Lasher box and Mumm-Ra with Luna Lasher packaging, the Mumm-Ra figure posed with the Luna Lasher is pictured wearing a purple coloured head-dress instead of the usual red one. It is unclear why the head-dress was a different colour. The purple coloured head-dress was never actually released with the stand alone Mumm-Ra figure or the modified Mumm-Ra figure that came with the Luna Lasher. I'm assuming LJN were thinking of changing the colour of the head-dress, but before the modified Mumm-Ra figures went into production they changed their minds. It's also possible that they used existing Mumm-Ra head-dress pieces that had already been produced.
