On the Luna Lasher box and Mumm-Ra with Luna Lasher packaging, the shorts, chest logo and shoulder bandages on the Mumm-Ra figure posed with the Luna Lasher are painted purple instead of the usual red. It is unclear why these were painted a different colour to the actual figure released. The Mumm-Ra figure with the purple coloured shorts, chest logo and bandages was never actually released. I'm assuming LJN were thinking of changing the colour of some parts of the modified Luna Lasher Mumm-Ra, Mumm-Ra figure to make it slightly more unique. However by the time this figure went into production they probably changed their minds and kept the same colours as on the regular Mumm-Ra figure.
