Mad Bubbler

The Mad Bubbler was one of the many unproduced figures. It was pictured on the back of the Ram-Pagers card backs. The only known pictures are from the mini fold out catalogs and from the Ram-Pagers card backs.

It’s action was one where the head would be pressed down and bubbles would come out.
