The stainless steel heart
The twins are the only SilverHawks whose organic hearts were replaced during the conversion. Both now run on stainless steel. The show treats it as more than a scar: the procedure sharpened the psychic bond the twins already had, so what one of them feels the other feels too, across any distance. It is a plot device the writers reached for constantly, and it is also the most quietly interesting piece of characterisation in the series. Two people who literally cannot be hurt alone.
For a 1986 syndicated cartoon, giving the female lead the engineering job and the strongest arc on the team was not the obvious call. Steelheart is the reason the SilverHawks stay a step ahead of the mob.
Rayzor
Rayzor is her weapon bird, a bladed cybernetic hawk that launches from her arm and comes back. Where Tally-Hawk scouts, Rayzor cuts.
The figure

Steelheart shipped alongside Quicksilver in Super7’s SilverHawks ULTIMATES! Wave 1. Two alternate heads, winged arms, three alternate pairs of hands, four laser effects, and both Rayzor sculpts, perched and in flight.
