Iron Studios' stylized Minico take on Lion-O, the Sword of Omens raised mid-call against a rocky Third Earth outcrop. The cartoon-leaning toy-art sub-line that runs alongside the 1/10 BDS Art Scale heroes.

Iron Studios runs two parallel ThunderCats lines. The 1/10 Art Scale BDS pieces are the high-end polystone diorama heroes that lock together base-to-base. The Minico line is the cartoonier counterpart, hand-painted PVC toy-art figures sculpted with oversized heads, broad shoulders and exaggerated proportions, sold individually on small character-themed plinths rather than connecting bases.

The Minico Lion-O catches the Lord of the ThunderCats mid-call, Sword of Omens raised, claw shield ready, hair fully blown out from the inrush of Eye of Thundera energy. The pose echoes the same intro-sequence still that has anchored every Lion-O collectible since the 2009 Hard Hero polystone, just rendered in Iron Studios’ stylized Minico register.

Officially licensed by Warner Bros., revealed alongside the rest of the heroes wave at the Iron Studios partner showcase in 2025, sculpted by the Iron Studios in-house team in Brazil. Hand-painted PVC on a small rocky base.
