Six hardcover ThunderCats annuals were published in the UK by Marvel Comics across the late 1980s and into the early 1990s. Each combines reprinted US Marvel comic stories with original UK-only material: text stories, pin-ups, fact files and other features.
UK Annual 1987
The first hardcover ThunderCats annual to be produced by Marvel Comics in the UK, and the only one co-produced with Grandreams. It featured reprints of US Marvel comics issues #1 and #2, along with pin-ups, fact files and other info. Published at the very end of 1986, it was followed early in 1987 by Marvel UK’s weekly ThunderCats comic.
UK Annual 1988
Features reprints of US Marvel issues #3 and #4 (which had previously been reprinted across the first four UK ThunderCats comics), plus a two-part text story, pin-ups and other info.
UK Annual 1989
A whole-new two-part comic story, a two-part text story, a new adaptation of the cartoon episode “The Slaves of Castle Plun-Darr”, and other features and info.
UK Annual 1990
Features a reprint of the comic story from US Marvel issue #9, plus a new comic story, a two-part text story, fact files, pin-ups and other features. This was also the first of the UK annuals to feature the “new” ThunderCats: Lynx-O, Bengali and Pumyra.

The fifth hardcover ThunderCats annual produced by Marvel UK.
UK Annual 1992
The sixth and final hardcover ThunderCats annual produced by Marvel UK.
