ICF Badge & Equipment
Mandora’s authority as an Evil Chaser First Class is signalled the instant she powers up over a horizon. The Interplanetary Control Force emblem worn at the centre of her uniform is the visible mark of her commission, the stylised crest issued to every officer cleared to make off-world arrests and transport convicts to the Penal Planet. She never has to flash it in the cartoon, the helmet, the soap-gun holster and the Electro-Charger do the talking, but every close-up of her chest plate carries the small ICF badge that links her to the rest of the Force.
The 1985 writers never gave the badge a dedicated plot beat, but Super7’s 2023 ULTIMATES! Mandora figure expanded the prop set considerably. Alongside her Electronic Boomerang, Enzyme Catalyzer, communicator, ticket machine, handcuffs and thigh holster, the figure shipped with a tiny hand-held badge, scaled to slot into one of her gripping hands as a flashable police-style ID. It is one of the smallest sculpted accessories Super7 has produced for the line, and reviewers picked it out by name the moment the figure landed, calling it some of the best tiny detail on any figure in the run.
Read alongside the Boomslang boomerang (steered through her targeting visor) and the soap-based Enzyme Catalyzer, the badge fills out the picture of Mandora as a properly kitted beat officer rather than a generic action heroine. The Electro-Charger does the chase. The boomerang handles the takedown. The badge, in canon and in plastic, is what makes the arrest stick.
