About This Figure
Gordy International item No. 495. Card reads Hand Painted Pendant, Complete with Clasp. Released in France by Masport as the CosmoCats Medaille avec chaine. The card photographed here carries a Marsh General Merchandise sticker at 1.69.
Hand painted, says the card, and on this one you can check it: the cat head is red enamel laid into a black recess inside a white ring, and it sits slightly off centre. Item No. 495 hangs it on a silver chain long enough to loop the top of the blister, with a clasp, given a bullet point of its own on the card.
The example here still carries its Marsh General Merchandise sticker at a dollar sixty-nine. S-S-Slithe glowers from the left, Lion-O and Cheetara from the right, and Masport sold the same pendant in France as the Medaille avec chaine.
